Bookings and Cancellations

A deposit of £80 is required to confirm a booking. You have the right to cancel within 28 days of making the booking your deposit will be returned in full.

The full balance of the booking is required 6 weeks before the event, if you were to cancel in this time you would lose your deposit but would not be liable for any further costs. If canceling your contract with us for any reason within 4-6 weeks of full payment we will reimburse 60% . Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event will determine a loss of 90% of full payment.

During the event

The fountain needs a very stable base on which to sit and a power point within 1 metre of where it is to be used. The chocolate fountain emmits some background noise, which needs a little consideration when deciding where the fountain should go.

Although the chocolate is not hot enough to burn, it must be noted that the base becomes hot and we advise people not to touch it.

Unless otherwise agreed each event will normally have 2 operators to look after the fountain, this ensures the smooth running of your event.

If guests or events outside of our control cause the breakdown or contamination of the fountain, we reserve the right to withdraw our service. No refund will be given.

Although we do not use nuts directly, we cannot guarantee the absence of nut residues.

This is not a gluten free product.
